A legal health check or a legal audit, is a review and assessment of the company’s policies, procedures, filings and documents in order to assess the needs and risks associated with your business. 2. We send you fee proposal for the Legal Health Check based on the nature and size of your business.

3. If you accept our proposal, we proceed with reviewing an analyzing various documents and information, which may include:

  • Your key commercial agreements
  • Your shareholder, operating and joint-venture agreements
  • Your commercial property and equipment leases
  • Your assets
  • Your liabilities
  • Your employees, HR policies, employee handbooks
  • Your contractors and suppliers
  • Types of insurance and coverage
  • Industry specific compliance regulations

4. We assess your situation based on the information provided.

5. We prepare a Legal Health Check Report tailored for your business. Our report is very valuable, very actionable and very each to use.

  • We tell you what your risks are – the risks you knew about, and the risks you didn’t know about.
  • We rate your level of risk (low, medium or high).
  • We tell you if what you’re doing now will get you where you want to be – and if not, what you need to change.
